Plain terms for a small business. If something here seems unfair, email us — we would rather fix it than argue about it.
A 12-week structured Korean course: 36 sessions of written lessons with audio, a weekly progress form, checkpoints every fourth week, and — depending on your plan — group check-ins and voice feedback.

Group sessions hold up to 5 learners and run at a fixed slot you choose once. If you miss one, you may join another slot or submit the progress form instead. We do not reschedule sessions individually.
14-day guarantee. If the course is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.
After 14 days we do not refund the period already started, but you can cancel so you are not charged again.
Downloaded materials. Under Korean e-commerce law, the right of withdrawal may be limited for digital content once delivery has begun. At checkout you will be asked to acknowledge this before any files are released. Our 14-day guarantee above applies regardless — it is more generous than the law requires.
If a group session is cancelled by us and not replaced, that month is refunded pro rata.
Lessons, audio and reports are licensed to you personally, for your own study, for as long as you like — including after you cancel. You may print them and keep them.
You may not resell, republish, or share them with people who have not paid, and you may not use them to teach a paid class of your own.
Group sessions are not recorded. If we ever want to record one, we will ask everyone in that session first, and anyone can decline without losing access.
Voice notes you send for feedback are used only to give you that feedback and are deleted within 90 days.
We do not guarantee a specific level, exam score, or timeline. Progress depends on the work you put in. The 12-week forecast in your diagnosis is an estimate based on typical improvement curves, clearly labelled as such.
If we change these terms, we email you at least 14 days before the change affects you. If you do not accept it, cancel before then and you will not be charged again.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
