This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you get it deleted. It applies to brisakorean.com and the emails we send you.

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record.
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after your last interaction — whichever comes first. Records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes are retained for the period Korean law requires.

Your data is transferred outside Korea and outside the EEA to the processors above. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone not listed here.
Email koreanclass365@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and we will remove your records and confirm within 30 days. No reason needed.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in Korea, you may contact the Personal Information Protection Commission (privacy.go.kr, 국번없이 182).
When you submit the level test you consent to receive your report and follow-up lessons. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all marketing email immediately; you may still receive messages required to service a paid subscription.
We use browser localStorage to remember your language choice and where you first arrived from. This stays on your device and is never used to track you across other websites. If advertising measurement is enabled, a Meta pixel may set cookies — you can block these in your browser.
This service is intended for people aged 14 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
